it's already over crowded with big players who are ready to burn 100s of Cr. Capx is too high and you may need to burn more than these big players and also bring some differentiation to be successful.

Yes definitely my idea would be to target the niche market. I know big players are there and ready to buy cash but to work on my startup it would be easier to be something different. This will not just be the simple ride hailing app, it will have a bunch of businesses in one roof to tackle the needs of all people for all generations.
