This market is oversaturated already. Ola, Uber, Rapido, Bounce all have EV options. Plus 50+ local players in every city. Unless you have ₹100+ crores to burn on customer acquisition and driver subsidies, you'll get crushed. The big players can operate at losses for years, can you? Maybe focus on a specific niche instead of general ride-hailing.
