Okay, tell me 1 thing: let's say you are a first-time founder and you want to reach out to VCs. Do you need to have a business email like xyz@yourdomain.com, or you can just use your Gmail ID to reach out to them?

not much needed but if you have the company email id it shows the credibility of yours
yeah But the emails keep ending up in recipient's (investors) spam folder

which services are you using for the domain email? since that might be the reason for ending up in spam. I had the same issue. and now it's fixed.

I would suggest you to switch to Google Workspace email.
