The one suggestion might be, the customers won't be okay with night buses because they have to pick their parcels early in the morning ( i used to always feel lazy to go and pick )

Actually this has been practiced by people often where they will give the package to the bus driver or support person then they will pay for it but they won't get live tracking. My suggestion through this post is to provide a platform whereas customers can select the timing, along with the amount then they will live tracking as well which can be shared to customers who will pick it up from the destination point.
