Thanks for responding samanth. since I don't have a exhaust fan in my kitchen,getting permission from food delivery apps is diificult.

Exhaust fan would just cost you around a thousand or so. You can try the other idea too. create a good package with a label and try to sell it in supermarkets nearby don't ask for payment at first just do a barter deal / payment after getting sold. Try it in a low scale as much as possible for you. ( If you wanna grab a funding, try crowdfunding for less amount )
