𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘃𝘆 !! Troovy was founded in 2021 by Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal in Gurugram, Haryana. Aditya Mukherjee is the CBO and has previously worked as AVP at Zomato and Director of Product at Hike. He studied at NTU (B.Tech), Singapore Management University (MSc), and IIM Bangalore (PGDM). Mansi Baranwal worked for ~10 years at Bain & Company and was involved in nutrition-based social projects with Tata Trust and Akshaya Patra. She was inspired by childhood malnutrition issues. Troovy operates as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) food brand offering healthy, chemical-free, and nutrient-rich snacks mainly for children. The startup began with preservative-free tomato ketchup and later expanded into ragi and makhana chips, protein-rich chips and puffs, milk mixes, immunity-boosting sauces, spreads, and protein vermicelli. Products are sold through their website, Amazon, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Future plans include expanding into cereals, bread, pasta, and breakfast mixes. Pre-seed funding of ₹5 crore was raised in early 2024, followed by a ₹20 crore pre-Series A round in May 2025 led by Fireside Ventures with participation from Sharrp Ventures, Spring Marketing Capital, and Veltis Capital. Total funding raised so far is around ₹36–38 crore (~$4.5 million). Company was valued at ₹49.2 crore in October 2024. Aims to reach ₹30 crore annual revenue run rate by the end of FY2025. Troovy has a team of around 21–40 people. The brand stands out for offering preservative-free, clean-label food for children and leveraging quick-commerce channels for high repeat orders. Founders’ diverse backgrounds in tech, product, consulting, and social impact strengthen the company’s credibility and growth potential.
