Most of Indian VC's or Angels run behind the returns as their funds wouldn't be spread in the economy. But in West they prioritize the concept and their funds will be spread in the economy. Eg., Indian investor invests 5cr in 10 business they need returns from all 9 or 10 even if the returns are 5-10% they need returns from all West / Other country investors if they invest 5cr in 10 business they know that they are gonna get return they don't care even if all 8 companies go down, the rest 2 companies would get their return on investment. This is the difference of Indian investors and other investors ( Doesn't mean all Indian investors, but most of them. )
