I want to ask y'all, how a fresher should be treated in a company for entry level jobs, be it new or old, big or small. Does it make any difference? Should he/she have a direct mentor to whom they are free to ask anything? Do you support them to be given the same repetitive tasks for a specific period of time or a number of different tasks in a single transaction for example:- Enquiry about a transaction, accepting and proceeding with it, documenting it, coordinating it, taking follow ups, accounting it etc etc.
