They are right though. I used to drink cow milk in the morning and night. But in recent times, I have seen some stats and gone through few reliable articles on animal abuse and cruelty. The milk we drink is nothing but white blood. The cow milk is for her calf not for a human's child. The truth is whole world is pushing us through consumption - so much that we are intellectually blind to see the real picture. Not asking anyone to stop drinking but at least start thinking. 🙏🏻
