A founder’s mistake that became the biggest validation 💍 Context: We’re building Myra - gemstone rings brand. The mistake: 60+ customers didn’t receive their rings due to logistics failures (RTO/NDR issues). The plot twist: I personally called these customers. Most are STILL waiting patiently and excited to receive their rings! 🤯 Meanwhile, customers who did receive their Myra rings are extremely happy and placing repeat orders. What this taught me: ✅ We’re building something customers genuinely value and trust ✅ Product-market fit is real - now logistics must catch up ✅ Direct customer conversations > all other metrics This isn’t just about delivery. It’s about trust and building for the long term. As founders, sometimes our biggest mistakes reveal our biggest strengths. Acting fast to solve this now.
