Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Location. Weather. Inclusiveness. No language barrier. Low population density. Less crime. Connectivity - metro plus latest airport and wide/good conditioned roads. Justified rent - as per cost to value. But, for a startup, Bangalore is still a better and practical choice, but not a dream city for sure.
