While "no product" stories are inspiring, that's a misleading take for most modern startups. Dropbox's video and Zappos' manual sales were actually clever, early versions of their service, not truly "no product." Today, users expect some functional digital experience to truly validate an idea. An MVP needs to be "viable" and usable, even if basic, to get real feedback. You still need to deliver value, not just pitch a concept.
