Hey, I had an idea about a ai startup for real estate.Everyone has heard of nobroker,housing.com etc which are listing platforms for real estate properties, I wanna do something to disrupt that area. I wanted to make an app unlike nobroker housing.com which provide filters and no actual recommendations I wanted to make a sort of quiz app where a user would input all the details they are looking for in a property and ai would search through the data base of listings with them and provide them with a most recommended listing for them to buy or rent, they could see pros and cons based on their inputs and could tweak the given prompts to get different results, this would be much further than just location price,filters and could go much deeper into it.This wouldnt be paid for the users but a simple finders fee. Two questions for everyone on this app. How feasible is this? How do I go about building it? p.s yes I did post about this before but did not really get any responses.

This isn't really disruption, it's just better UX on existing data. The real moat in real estate isn't recommendation algorithms, it's exclusive listings and broker relationships. Magicbricks tried "smart recommendations" years ago. Without unique inventory, you're just another middleman with fancier filters.

noble idea but feasibility depends on access to clean listing data. most real estate listings in india are poorly structured or outdated.

here is what I think about is that most Indians buy a property as an investment and the future of it really matters as where most of them recommend brokers and the online service on ground realities of a piece of land is really difficult for a online platform to manage

disagree on monetization tho. don’t rely on finders fee..hard to scale unless you’re partnered with brokers or platforms. think SaaS for realtors instead?
