Hey, Just wanted to see if this would be something that could possibly work. We all know companies like nobroker and housing.com which are listing sites for places, but Ive realised that there is a lack of actual assistance in choice making (IM NOT TALKING ABOUT FILTERS) but what if there was a site where a user could fill in a sort of quiz or form and could put a lot more input than just location and price and what not and a ai assistant helped find listings from our data base with pros and cons and ratings based on their inputs and they could change answers and also feed more prompts? Do you guys think this would actually be helpful or no? in this age where 60-80% of deals happen through word of mouth. I was thinking it would be helpful especially with rentals and what not where you would need a lot details than just location price what not. we would not be charging the users but the property owners a small finders fee if sold.
