Firstly, no one would be interested in buying a lunch box for 160 ruppes , because you can unlimited food for just 100-120 in mess and canteens. Consider it from a viewpoint of a corporate worker , everyone is looking for better quality and standard of life , if someone is paying 120 they will expect fresh food not discarded food. The problem is genuine, people do really face a lot of problems with tiffins. But you also have to understand the distribution game, and as you mentioned restaurants don't have to deal with logistics, but you'll have to. and delivering 10s and 1000s of 'dabba' or plate is not a easy cup of tea. The story behind the idea and thought process is great but you need to put more time to understand how the problem will actually get solved. But i do hope you win all the best champ!
