Sorry to say that, you are moving towards a dead end. Charging only 5% commission will never sustain. You'll be burning the investors money like wildfire in the first 6 months. If you're lucky you could survive another couple months. Then you've to shut down. Even Swiggy and Zomato can't make profits by charging 30% commission, how are you planning to survive with just 5%. I don't want to discourage you, just wanted to shed some harsh reality if you haven't thought about it already.
