I have sometimes seen those delivery guys mobile screen with the app open where they get paid 23.7 or 34.8. What i mean to Say is that while we pay rounded off numbers in delivery fees, they receive such decimal figures. So either they just get paid a proportionate based on the km or the platforms cuts commissions (or some other fees).
