Indian brands would need decades of consistent premium positioning to compete. Plus, Indian consumers themselves associate luxury watches with Swiss/German heritage - it's a perception battle that's incredibly hard to win.

been asking the same. we have the craftsmanship (Jaipur enamel, precision engineering), we just never positioned it right. everything became mass-market or utility-first.
