hello folks, context: I'm currently working on a project that will help HRs to screen their candidates better without lifting a finger, by integrating AI and work flow automations issue: But i wish to know how things are from the pov of a hr. I have a lot of doubts on the way HRs work in the real world. favor: If you are are HR or you know some HRs i would love to talk to you. if you have any thoughts on this out it down. your help is very much needed.
