I used to work in Ola and I'm not really surprised. The environment that they create for employees is so scary and also really toxic. Every chance they get they try to make you feel like your job is insecure and the pressure gets to people. I hope actions are taken. Bhavish is really connected when it comes to squashing news. My condolences to the family of this person. ✨
