A question : a startup valued 20 cr ! funded with 2cr for 2% goes to 100 cr valuation ! from where that 78 cr got added ?? like how , who paid etc i am dumb 🥲

this is the game of valuation. you can adjust your company's valuation as you want it to look like there is no particular law which guides the valuation and thats why you can claim and show whatever valuation by presenting it in appealing and justifiable method but there are few metrics we can use to find appropriate valuation of a startup one of the famous is revenue multiple it is also not fully appropriate but helps in getting closer to the actual valuation
