I am running a service called travacs which provides travel guides to visually impaired users across delhi ncr. our moddle is to provide a guide for large premises like shopping complexes hospitals etc where it is hard for a visually impaired person to navigate around and. we pay the travel guides, we take hourly charges from the users and pay to the travel guides. how can I generate leads to encourage people to join us as travel guides? we are facing issues particularly in retention of travel guides. which channels I should use to tap in to the croud which may be looking for paid volunteering opportunities?

You could also explore college campuses like take in students who need extra income or people in between jobs might be open to these paid volunteer roles. Focus on creating a clear message around how this role makes a positive social impact and you will definitely find someone
