What if we have an “standalone application“ (UI like kind of Spotify) for music where we can upload local files and listen to it on any device with the same account? If you have come across this kind of application please mention it.

Medial Premium feature is available on the web, but none of these features are available on the mobile application—at least not on iOS. Is this intentional? If not, it portrays a very poor image of this platform.
