I have a question, I don't know why a startup company considers a developer as a UI designer. They need a good design as well as a good application from the developer. As far as it is concerned, most of the time if a developer faces any problem in application development, it is due to a UI design. What did you think??

Blaming everything on UI design maybe shows more about how team lacks collaboration and stronget bonding/dynamics. At least to me from an outsiders perspective.

You're absolutely right! Developers often aren't trained as designers, so expecting them to excel in both roles can lead to frustrating issues, especially when a poor UI disrupts the development process
