Headline numbers: The Mamaearth parent reported a 21% growth in operating revenue for the March quarter to Rs 471 crore. Net profit stood at Rs 30.5 crore, against a net loss of Rs 162 crore a year ago. Key takeaway: The company is doubling down on its offline push, shifting from its earlier super-stockist model to directly appointing distributors in a bid to improve margins. By the way: CEO Varun Alagh said Honasa is eyeing over 20% compound annual growth rate over the next few years. Revenue growth for FY25 seen coming in at a similar clip.

I have a question, I don't know why a startup company considers a developer as a UI designer. They need a good design as well as a good application from the developer. As far as it is concerned, most of the time if a developer faces any problem in application development, it is due to a UI design. What did you think??

Blaming everything on UI design maybe shows more about how team lacks collaboration and stronget bonding/dynamics. At least to me from an outsiders perspective.

You're absolutely right! Developers often aren't trained as designers, so expecting them to excel in both roles can lead to frustrating issues, especially when a poor UI disrupts the development process
