bro I don't think this work because when you target tear-2,3 cities, it's just an stupid decision. I tell you why? 1. if you sell something you have to add some cost like delivery, advertisement etc. 2. most of the quick e-commerce companies like Zepto, Blinkit make profit from tear 1 cities, they can't make profit from tear 2 or 3 cities 3. people of tear 2 or 3 cities are not well wealthy so, if they gat low cost from their near market they definitely go to that market not to your platform there are some reason but that enough for me.
