This would be better if you understand that every business is on a stage. Identify which stage you are in; if you are a business with just business plans and wireframes you probably want a angel investors as they are the ones who believe and have faith in early stage startups; on the other hand Venture Capitalists generally aim for a good balance sheet and there aim relies on making money as they have to be answerable to the ones whos money they are pooling in. Please correct me if I am wrong
