So let me get this straight — you criticize the platform and suddenly get a spotlight? Maybe that’s the secret sauce. Meanwhile, projects solving real, immediate patient challenges get passed over — again. A flashy trailer doesn’t equal real-world impact. When we talk about medical innovation, shouldn’t we focus on what actually works, not just what looks cool in a demo? If this is what gets selected, it says a lot about what the showcase really values.
