entrepreneurs, startUp founders, one of our employee is obsconding with our company assets like laptop etc . I went to police station in #narsinghi @hyder abad police station and i got a shocking reply that yhey can not register an FIR or they can not do anything …according to them its not a theft as wehave given the Laptop for work Therefore a question arises “If this is the incidence , then should we give these assets at all … specially for small startups … what is thr gurantee that the employee will return the assets . POLICE or GOVERNAMENT OF INDIA or TELANGANA will not support us SO how shall we protect our self This email and messege is just to highlight an issue to protect our self and its a topic where we should not blindly believe employees Data too should be protected and totally we can not leave it on Employees..
