Obviously, in the future, giants will adopt automated delivery systems like drones. Once that becomes the norm, there won’t be much uniqueness left in delivery companies, and the industry will be largely saturated. I don’t think Zepto will keep running for long they don’t have any unique tech; they’re just selling other people’s products using human power. That’s too non-tech and not scalable in the long run. And even if companies like that do adopt drone technology, then it all just turns into a price war with nothing truly innovative to set them apart.
