The biggest issue with early-stage companies isn't strategy or source - it's storytelling. Perfect stage awareness means nothing if you can't articulate your vision and traction compellingly. Great companies with poor communicators struggle to raise, while mediocre companies with masterful storytellers often succeed. The framework should include "Story" as a critical component of fundraising success.
