Idea, MVP, early traction, PMF? 2) Strategy - Do you need capital to survive or to scale? Different answers, different risks. 3) Source - Not all money is smart money. Choose the investor, not just the cheque. Input?- Don’t chase VC like a badge. Chase alignment. Right money + right time + right mindset = real leverage. Startup success should not be about how much you raise. It should always be about who you become when you raise it.
