No simple Full stack dev can do what you want. Mainly because there's a lot of Data Model overhead. You see in apps we tend to have a single or at most 2 various types of use cases for which Data Models are made. but here you're trying to do everything which will cause a lot of performance issues. There would be a lot of Data Duplication. So you need someone with Experience to get this right or You'll be fine for a few months then you'll have to totally redo everything. and Supabase will get costly at scale so does Firebase. So it's better you self host DB.
