I always thought product management was about coming up with ideas and telling the dev team what to build. But the more I looked into it, I realized, itās way deeper than that. Itās actually about being the person who understands the user better than anyone else⦠and then makes sure the whole team builds for that user, not just around features or hype. A PM is like the middle person between business, tech, and the actual people using the product. Thatās what makes it so powerful for growth. A good PM listens first. They donāt just guess what to buildāthey go talk to users, feel the problems, and then decide. They make sure the product roadmap isnāt just ānice-to-haveā stuff, but things that actually move the needle. They keep everyone aligned. Devs, designers, sales, marketingāeveryone working with the same goal in mind. And theyāre always thinking about the bigger picture. Like: āhow will this feature help us grow?ā or āis this solving a real problem?ā Tbh, it made me realize, businesses donāt grow because they keep adding new stuff. They grow when they build the right stuff. Thatās what product management does. #ProductManagement #ProductThinking
