I always thought product management was about coming up with ideas and telling the dev team what to build. But the more I looked into it, I realized, it’s way deeper than that. It’s actually about being the person who understands the user better than anyone else… and then makes sure the whole team builds for that user, not just around features or hype. A PM is like the middle person between business, tech, and the actual people using the product. That’s what makes it so powerful for growth. A good PM listens first. They don’t just guess what to build—they go talk to users, feel the problems, and then decide. They make sure the product roadmap isn’t just “nice-to-have” stuff, but things that actually move the needle. They keep everyone aligned. Devs, designers, sales, marketing—everyone working with the same goal in mind. And they’re always thinking about the bigger picture. Like: “how will this feature help us grow?” or “is this solving a real problem?” Tbh, it made me realize, businesses don’t grow because they keep adding new stuff. They grow when they build the right stuff. That’s what product management does. #ProductManagement #ProductThinking
