Tasks carried out by Project Manager(PM) are:- 1) Focuses on planning and executing projects. 2) Projects have fixed timelines with defined start and end dates. 3) PM manages project scope, resources, and risks. 4) The success of the project is measured by meeting its objectives. 5) Projects are completed on time and within a limited budget. 6) Manages workloads and schedules.
