IK, VCs operate on risk-return logic! The real issue is the broken system around them. 90% of Indian startups are self-funded or depend on informal capital because institutional credit & early-stage government support are nearly non-existent. As per the NASSCOM report, only 2.7% of Indian startups ever receive venture funding.
