MVP needs to disappear forever. The concept has been so diluted that it's become an excuse for launching half-baked, buggy products. "It's just an MVP" is now code for "we know it sucks but we're launching anyway." The original meaning: building the smallest thing that delivers actual value, has been completely lost. Yk what's worse, the MVP mindset creates, a terrible first impressions with early customers who might never return. I've seen countless startups burn through their most enthusiastic early adopters by serving them something so minimally viable it was actually unusable. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Build something GOOD, not just minimally viable.

I'm deleting B. Fundraising without hesitation. The obsession with raising capital has corrupted the entire startup ecosystem. Founders now build businesses to attract investors rather than to solve actual problems. I bootstrapped my SaaS company to $4M ARR without a penny of outside investment, and it forced us to be disciplined, customer-focused, and profitable from day one.

Everything is important in startup world, without anything from the four options that not a startup that something else like a business or something f**k....

Market Research has to go. Controversial take, but hear me out. Most "market research" in startups is performative BS that confirms what founders want to believe anyway. People will tell you what they think you want to hear in focus groups and surveys, then do something completely different with their wallets. The best market research is building something and seeing if people will pay for it. Everything else is just elaborate guesswork. How many disruptive products would never exist if their creators had listened to "market research"? The iPhone would have never been built if Apple had simply asked people if they wanted a phone without a keyboard. True innovation happens when you build what should exist, not what people say they want.
