Internship is just an fancy word for "Cheap Employees". Companies/Startups get alot of work done just by keeping young students as an intern rather than keeping them as employee. It's best way for a company to get alot of things done without paying thousands and lakhs

fr...i literally know companies that are just hiring interns and forcing them to work for 6-7 hrs on basic stipends which some of them are not even getting paid for the last month
