Some of the biggest companies didn’t have a moat at the beginning. Uber? Airbnb? Zero defensibility at launch...just pure execution. Sometimes “figuring it out later” is the move, because early moats can turn into false confidence.
Not every startup needs to change the world. Some just need to solve a real, annoying problem.
