The vision is to organize this fragmented industry and make it accessible and user-friendly, especially for those in smaller towns. To turn this vision into reality, I’m looking for Early Team Roles (Department Heads): These are non-co-founder but key early hires who will shape the company: 1. Head of Operations Manage service partners, onboarding, and logistics Experience with B2B/vendor networks or event ops preferred 2. Head of Marketing Build and execute launch strategies (digital + offline) Growth-oriented, ideally with tier 2/3 targeting experience 3.
