Hey everyone 👋 I just wanted to share something about my startup idea — I’m working on a platform where people can easily book photographers and videographers for pre-wedding shoots, weddings, birthday events, product shoots and more — all in one place. Right now in the market, there’s no proper app or platform where all photographers and their pricing, portfolio, and availability are listed together. That’s why I started Shootify. My plan is to build a simple, easy-to-use app that connects customers and photographers directly with transparent pricing and fast support. And now I’m looking for some good people to join this journey with me

great. matching ideas from my archive. go for it man. I have been in this industry in 2009 to 2017(until I completed my 10th). I was a DJ operator and sometimes a videographer. one story suddenly sparked during your idea evaluation. I was a DJ operator, doing my job and client didn't book videography ( intentionally). I asked the reason and convinced him to book a videographer. Client asked me to book through my connection. I closed a deal with one of the videographer (keeping my 15% commission). After wedding I asked videographer to give client CD(storage at that era) and he said he will not give until I give him my commission amount. I have that amount with some arguments. Finally he failed in that job( at that time he was running multiple camera through operator). he opened a kirana store. one day(recently) I headed over to buy chocolate and I was shocked by seeing him. I asked him the reason of failure and said don't know but failed. But I know the reason. just ignore if you don't like this old story.
