That's a good idea. That's all it is. Your GTM strategy is so flawed i doubt it can be corrected. You're trying to build a complete company on day 1. Did you know Zepto started as a WhatsApp Group. You can build your basic app in Lovable.dev and get up and running without even a Dev. you can just hire a freelancer to fix something if broken. you need to talk to all the parties. You're like i have an idea so hire everyone to do every job, then what's your role? Idea LOL you're expecting experienced people to just show up and do everything? leaving their jobs? or after their jobs? Besides why are you even targeting Tier 2 and 3 who probably don't even use their phones properly and barely less than 10 marriage halls in a city. So you're gonna hop on to every city one by one Seriously? Damn i was so pissed when I saw a good idea with a damn useless and unbearable GTM Strategy. Despite my wording this is constructive criticism, how you take it is your choice. Good Luck 🤞

Hey, really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. You're right—there’s definitely a lot to think through, and your points around GTM and starting lean are valid. The reminder about Zepto and starting with something as simple as a WhatsApp group really puts things in perspective.
