For every solo founder hitting $10M ARR, there are hundreds burning through savings with nothing to show. The infrastructure challenges in India are real - unstable power, expensive compute costs, and internet reliability issues make AI development significantly harder. Not to mention Indian founders often come from backgrounds where they can't afford to burn money for months with zero revenue.
