Brother i think you should not confuse High protien diet with a street side food bcoz Street Food is all about *Taste and Price* and it would not be possible to do the same with a High Protien food. So my suggestion for you to make a High Protien food *More Tastier and Affordable than Existing Options Available* in the same category bcoz competing with the Price and Taste of locally available street food would be a very tough task and even if you somehow make it out then your margins may be way to low to survive. You can definitely built a great business out of it but i think you should tweak some of your strategies. Sending good wishes for your journey ahead.
