Money isn't everything, but it's something. If he's willing to fund the entire prototype and you're broke, that's not nothing. However, funding without vision is just burning cash. Before you walk away, understand the financial implications. Can you negotiate a clean break? Can you retain any rights to the work you've done? Look, most startups fail because of founder conflicts, not lack of money. No-offence, but your co-founder sounds like a typical rich kid who thinks throwing money at a problem solves everything. Real innovation comes from deep understanding, not outsourcing. The fact that he wants to outsource EVERYTHING, from core software to the logo, shows he doesn't understand the fundamental value of building something from scratch.

What is the rule of the world? He who has money does not have ideas. He who has ideas does not have money. We can give profits worth crores, we do not have financiers.
