Unpopular opinion: You're already done. The moment you said "I can't work with anyone else as a co-founder" and "I love to build alone," you've answered your own question. This partnership is dead in the water. A co-founder relationship is like a marriage - if you're not aligned on vision, work ethic, and commitment, nothing else matters. The lack of a unique selling proposition (USP) is just the final nail in the coffin. Cut your losses now before you waste more time.
