It seems that the customer base may be limited; however, targeting the premium market is ideal for a first launch. This approach requires less marketing, allows for a focus on quality products, and benefits from repeat customers. If you still feel that the market is too small, you can leverage the high margins to enter the mass premium market under a different brand. I believe this would be the best strategy moving forward.

If you are building a lifestyle brand, Never introduce more and more products unless you find a product-market fit. Also, if the positioning is premium, you need to have gross margins of 70%+.
