Those "failing" big companies have survived market crashes, economic downturns, and competition - they have resilience built into their systems. Getting "2-3 vendors" means nothing if you don't have sustainable unit economics, customer retention strategies, or scalable operations. Investors aren't charity workers OR fools - they're looking at 100+ factors beyond just initial vendor acquisition. Your post shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how business scaling works.
