i have 3 points to state regarding this - 1. The rise of startup culture shows a big shift in mindset. People are stepping out of their comfort zones, taking risks, and chasing ambitions that most wouldnโt even think about. Itโs a sign of growth and innovation. 2. But a lot of this excitement comes from FOMO, especially after watching shows like Shark Tank. While these shows inspire people, the motivation is often short-lived, leading to rushed startup ideas instead of well-planned businesses. 3. The real issue is our education system, which focuses more on job security than financial knowledge or a growth mindset. Unlike developed countries that teach entrepreneurship early on, we are still stuck in the job-seeking mentality.
