My Journey: From a Single 1BHK to Managing 38 BHK Homes Across India. When I started this journey, I had nothing but a vision—a belief that short-term rentals could redefine the way people experience stays in India. It all began with a single 1BHK apartment that I took on rent, without knowing where this path would lead me. Today, my company, Elevate Stays, manages properties in six cities with a total of 38 BHK homes, and we are growing every day. But the road wasn’t easy. Convincing Indian homeowners to list their properties for short-term rentals was one of the toughest challenges I faced. In India, while people are eager to earn more, they also fear getting caught in something uncertain. The idea of renting out their homes to guests for short stays was new to them. They hesitated, skeptical about security, maintenance, and reliability. I had to work tirelessly to show them that they could earn 2x-3x more than traditional rentals—all while ensuring their property remained in safe hands. Through this journey, I realized something powerful: People are changing the way they travel. Instead of spending ₹2,000–₹3,000 per night for a small hotel room, guests prefer to stay in a fully furnished 1BHK or 2BHK home with all amenities. This shift in demand is creating incredible opportunities for property owners in India. My dream is to take Elevate Stays to the top and eventually launch a home-sharing platform like Airbnb, built specifically for India. A platform where homeowners can list their properties with ease and maximize their earnings. But I know that before launching such an app, the biggest challenge is educating homeowners about the benefits of this model. And that’s what I’m working on every single day. Throughout this journey, I have looked up to Ritesh Agarwal as my mentor and inspiration. Though I haven’t been able to connect with him yet, I believe that one day, I will. Until then, I will keep pushing forward, building something that changes lives—not just for travelers, but for homeowners who deserve a better, smarter way to earn. I know this journey won’t be easy, but I believe in the vision. And with every challenge, I am growing stronger. To everyone reading this—thank you for your support. Together, we can redefine the future of stays in India. #ElevateStays #ShortTermRentals #IndiaAirbnb #PropertyManagement #DreamBig
