many have attempted it before but not quite successful, check the point on why is that and build on top of that convenience of booking online + tastes as good as outside food but sametime healthy as cooked at home + cost like cooked at home it's the combo people actually want

According to my experience, I think you need to consider 4 things here- 1. You should be able to convince corporations or people working there why they should buy from you instead of the canteen? 2. You should be able to maintain the logistics and match the lunch time. 3. You should be able to convince moms to cook extra food other than doing there home chorus for your company. 4. You should be able to give a menu to corporate employees or if you are thinking to target students living far from home via any medium you want.

I don't know , Have you done competitor analysis? You want to build homemade food delivery marketplace , and obviously it has 30- 40 % profit margin. As Mealawe the pune based startup is working on exactly same concept that you have. This bags $1M funding in previous month. So you have to create USP's and to do more Market reasearch and analysis.

Already I did this as a trial concept out of our Venture Studioon ground & Yes, We did 25+Orders & 30 households on the board within a week launch..
